What do you think is the best game ever made for any Nintendo platform.
Personally, I think that the Legend of Zelda, Windwaker was the best ever video game made by Nintendo. I love the cartoonish qualities the characters possess.

I agree with TinyStar, Resident Evil 4 is hands down one of the best games I've ever played. I've played it at least 20 times through. It is that awesome!
